Service Scope – MicroTech provides IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for computers, mobile devices, printers, and related software/hardware. The specific scope of work will be agreed upon before service delivery.

Payment Terms – All service fees must be paid in full before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy – Customers may request a refund within 30 days of payment as per our Refund Policy.

Customer Responsibility – Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary access to devices, and backing up their data before service. MicroTech is not liable for data loss during troubleshooting or repairs.

Third-Party Products – Support for third-party software, hardware, or services is provided on a best-effort basis. MicroTech is not responsible for defects or limitations in products not supplied by us.
What to include in the T&C document
Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
