If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 30 days of your payment.

How it Works:

  • You will need to provide proof of payment and details of the service purchased.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are applicable only to payments made directly to MicroTech for services rendered.

  • Services already delivered in full or partially completed may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion.

  • This policy does not apply to third-party software, licenses, or hardware purchases.
